Terms of Use
These terms explain the main rules for using Plixy. They are written for the Alpha and must be completed before a full public production launch.
1. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for your account, your login details and the content you publish.
You must not use Plixy to harass people, impersonate someone, spread spam, publish illegal content or bypass another user’s protections.
2. Posts and audiences
When you publish content, you choose its audience: public, followers, friends or private.
Content intended for followers, friends or private mode must not be treated as public content. Public content is designed to be shareable and viewable by anyone with the link, including visitors who are not logged in.
3. Public posts shared outside Plixy
If a public post is shared on an external service, such as Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp or a search engine, a person who is not logged in can open the link and view the public content.
A visitor who is not logged in cannot like, comment, follow, send a friend request, send a message or access restricted content.
4. Blocking and public-content limits
Blocking a user cuts interactions both ways when the accounts are identifiable: profiles, posts, stories, comments, messages, notifications, search, zones and media should no longer appear between the two accounts.
Blocking cannot identify someone who visits Plixy without a session. If content is public and the person opens the link in private browsing, without a logged-in account or from another unidentified browser, Plixy cannot know that it is the blocked user.
This limitation is normal for public content. To prevent access outside a logged-in session, publish with a restricted audience instead of public.
5. Moderation
Plixy may hide, restore or remove content, review reports, limit features or suspend accounts to protect the community and the platform.
Reported content may be reviewed by moderation tools or by the moderation team.
6. Deactivation and deletion
Deactivation hides the account and its content without deleting the data.
Account deletion permanently deletes related data according to the technical rules implemented in the application.
7. Sharing, reports and interactions
Likes, comments, friend requests, follows, messages and reports require a logged-in Plixy account.
Plixy may limit these functions in case of abuse, blocking, deactivated accounts or violation of the platform rules.
8. Alpha status
Plixy is currently in Alpha. Features can evolve, move, be temporarily unstable or be adjusted while the platform improves.
These terms are a working basis for the product and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before a full public launch.
